Alkaline Degreaser with Quat Cleaning Power

General Description

DG-40Q is an effective, highly concentrated, biodegradable, water-soluble degreasing compound. DG-40Q was developed as total maintenance product for general industry and is very effective when used with a steam cleaner. DG-40Q is suitable for cleaning oil stained equipment, sidewalks and walls, and for removing mold from brick or polished stone surfaces. DG-40Q contains no chlorinated hydrocarbons or petroleum distillates.

Application

DG-40Q should be diluted and sprayed onto surface, allowed to penetrate and then hosed off with water pressure. It may also be applied with a rag, sponge or mop.

Dilutions

Depending upon the condition of the surface to be cleaned and age of the deposits, DG-40Q may be diluted with water:

• For heavily grease-encrusted machinery; use 1 to 1
  For engine rooms and medium oil deposits; use 5 to 1
  For light cleaning; use as much as 20 to 1
  As a Steam Cleaner Additive; use 1-2 pints to 3 pounds of powdered material normally used

Availability

DG-40Q is available in UN approved 1 gallon pails, 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

Observe warning label on containers. Normal precautions for industrial chemicals apply.
