General Description

DG 3300 is a water-soluble, highly rinsable combination of mild natural detergents, surfactants, and grease emulsifiers that will function extremely well in fresh or brine water. The balanced emulsification system and neutral pH is ideally suited for degreasing tanks and barges before welding or personnel entry. DG 3300 has been proven to be very effective in cleaning grease, oils, and hydraulic fluids from metal surfaces. DG 3300 will rinse completely clean with water leaving behind a mildly corrosion resistant surface. Safe to use when cleaning potable water tanks. DG 3300 is non-toxic to sewerage systems and closed loop cleaning systems utilizing bacterial remediation of oils and grease. DG 3300 is extremely effective when used as a bilge cleaner.

Application/Dilution

DG 3300 is very mild and may be used on any surface not harmed by water. The emulsification properties and moderate pH of DG 3300 make it an ideal degreaser and dispersant. DG 3300 may be applied by mop, brush, sponge, or spray. Allow for penetration prior to wash down.

Dilutions

For best results, use as provided or dilute DG 3300 1 : 1 in water for extremely soiled surfaces; 1 : 3 on moderately soiled surfaces; and 1 : 5 on oil spills. When used as a bilge cleaner, use 1:1 for extremely contaminated bilges, and up to 30:1 for normal oil control.

DG 3300 is available in UN approved 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.
