General Description
Big Blue Degreaser is a biodegradable, non-caustic, water based blend of nonionic detergents, solubilizers, chelators, penetrants and builders designed for general cleaning of all surfaces not damaged by water. Depending upon the degree of its dilution with water, Big Blue Degreaser is an excellent cleaner and oil-emulsifying degreaser. It is ideally suited for marine engine room maintenance and the degassing and decontaminating of barges, ships, tanks and vats.
Application
Big Blue Degreaser may be applied with a rag, sponge, mop or sprayed with a pressure sprayer. Allow a few minutes for the solution to penetrate the soiled surface, scrub area for stubborn soils if necessary, then hose or wash off with water. For best results, do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the surface before hosing or washing off.
Big Blue Degreaser is highly concentrated; for best results, dilute with water. For engines and equipment heavily coated with oil or grease - use 1 part Big Blue Degreaser to 2 parts water. For fresh oil spills and daily cleaning - use 1 part Big Blue Degreaser to 5 parts water. For light cleaning - use 1 part Big Blue Degreaser to 10 parts water. For floors and walls - use 2-4 ounces of Big Blue Degreaser to 1 gallon of water.
