ENVIRO SPEC 1510 is a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble, high solids, combination long chain aliphatic phosphate ester and polyglycol monoester additive for spotting fluids. It will quickly penetrate into the wall cake, incorporating the existing water into the spotting fluid, and at the same time, coats the native or commercial clays to eliminate further water absorption, causing partial dehydration of the wall cake. ENVIRO SPEC 550 is a high solids, surfactant based, oil soluble additive for spotting fluids. It effectively increases the soaking rate of spotting oil and at the same time causes dehydration of the wall cake. As the cake dehydrates, it becomes noncohesive and allows penetration of the spotting fluid and wetting of the drill pipe. The force necessary to free the pipe is therefore greatly reduced.

GUMBO GONE is a water soluble drilling additive that is non-toxic, non-foaming, non-flammable, and biodegradable. GUMBO GONE contains a combination of proprietary additives that inhibit the hydration of the shale by satisfying the unbalanced ionic charges in the clays and by forming a protective film that blocks entry of water into the shale. This protective film prevents hydration of the shale which helps reduce bit balling, collar plugging, sloughing, enlarged hole and hole-fill on trips.
