NEUTRO 50 is a strong liquid alkaline solution specially formulated for flushing/neutralizing of equipment following acidizing. It is also effective for neutralizing metal parts that have been de-rusted with an acid dip prior to coating with a rust preventative.

NEUTRO 50 should be used in concentrations of 1 : 4 or 1 : 5 in water for neutralization of equipment following acid cleaning. For dip neutralizing, a minimum of a 12 pH must be maintained for effective neutralizing of acid on metal parts.

Solutions of 1% or greater will be needed depending upon amount of carry over from the acid bath. Titration method should be followed to determine exact neutralization ratios for acid solutions. Available in UN approved 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.
