MULTEK 290 is excellent as a pipe thread cleaner, boiler or pressure vessel degreasing or degassing, glycol unit cleaning, or in any application where burnt on oils must be removed without dismantling a closed system. MULTEK 290 is a combination of aliphatic and aromatic solvents blended with penetrating surfactants and detergents specially designed to be used in degreasing and chemical cleaning processes. When emulsified in water solutions, it has a flash point above 200 allowing regular circulation equipment to be used. When flash point is not a consideration, MULTEK 290 can be used as provided for aggressive removal of stubborn coke and sludge deposits. Available in UN approved 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.
