ETC-145P is a solvent-based blend of aliphatic solvents, formulated for general cleaning of all types of surfaces not affected by water. ETC-145P is an excellent cleaner for “closed loop” systems as it will not emulsify in water. ETC-145P will not emulsify in water solutions unless surfactants or detergents are present. ETC-145P is excellent as a decontamination component for oil spill equipment and personnel. ETC-145P helps reduce waste during decontamination by remaining in the oil phase thus allowing for efficient oil/water separation.

ETC-145P contains special additives which provide emollient action on plastics and fabrics.

ETC-145P can be applied by almost any means including mops, rags or spray equipment. Allow solutions to penetrate deposits before rinsing. Do not allow cleaning solutions to dry on surfaces before hosing.
