CLAY STABILIZER is a liquid clay-stabilizing chemical formulated to increase compaction and density of claybased soil. CLAY STABILIZER is a blend of environmentally friendly surfactants, polymers and clay stabilizing agents capable of increasing the overall compaction and stability of soil under roads and parking areas. Once bonded onto clay, CLAY STABILIZER forms a water repelling layer effect in and around individual clay platelets, expelling adsorbed water and preventing water from re-entering and causing expansion. Available in UN approved 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
