WETTING AGENT 33 is a concentrated completely synthetic, moderate foaming biodegradable formulation, (ASTM D-97), designed to be used as a misting or saturation wetting agent for ACM (Asbestos Containing Material). This wetting agent will thoroughly soak hazardous asbestos fibers prior to and during removal operations and is to be used at 1 to 105 dilutions. In normal ACM wetting applications, a 2% solution is effective in eliminating air bone asbestos fiber count.
